Dear Dr. Chan,

I would like to apply neutering aid for the female dogs below:-

Female #1 & #2

This two female strays roaming around in the area of some factories in Puchong Mas, fed by the foreign workers working there and will let them go into the factory sometimes. Their boss said have to look for some help as the numbers are increasing. My daughter work place just behind them and offer to spay but they can’t bear the charges.
