Hi morning, Dr Chan. I would like to apply for neutering aid . She is Dirtie whom I sent for spaying. She is a stray in my housing area. After recovered she will be returned to the housing area. I have only these pictures as she really tension during boarding time n in vet. Only can take such dimensions pictures. I hope AnimalCare will consider my application. Thank you so much
