Hereby attached a photo that the stray dog spayed before and after, receipt and the application form.

Born: 3/8/2016
Age: 10months
Rescue city: Klang Selangor
Remark: This dog is born from her mother (Girl Girl) which her mother that i rescued back when i had worked on that company, her mother is giving abandoned and grow up then give birth 3 puppies which coffy didn’t given adopted by others. Her mother had been spayed on last year that after she give birth two months later. Currently they are staying in a factory area and got people help me to feed them everyday. Due to coffy is grown up already, so nobody want to adopt her and we decided that she follow her mother only.
