CAN WE FEED THESE DOGS?

The photos you are looking at were taken in late April, before hardship overtook this rescue center in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

“I plead for help,” Tsvetelina Vrancheva writes. “It is very hard for me. You know when I can pay all, I don`t write to you. It has been a long time. But for three months I haven’t been able to pay the costs of the babies I rescued.”

Dogs and cats here are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and adopted to homes internationally. Yet the debt for rent, veterinary care and to the food supplier is mounting rapidly. There will be no food by Wednesday.

This rescue center is one of 22 on our “waiting list”. Can we please pull together to make sure the animals have food?
