Good day Dr Chan,

Tori & Kiko are both victims of irresponsible abandon case in Shah Alam, light industry area. I found them when they were about 2 months old with a litter of 4 puppies. Unfortunately 2 male puppies did not survive, and Tori & Kiko are the only one left. I have been feeding them ever since. So now they have fully grown to an age where they are fit for spaying, I decided to capture them and send them to the vet. After the surgery, they had already recovered and I had release them back to their colony. By doing so, my aim is to lessen these 2 female strays’ burden and stress of breeding puppies in the future, also to control the population of stray dogs around my area and prevent residents complaints to the authorities. Hence, I wish to apply for Tori & Kiko subsidy on the spaying cost. Attached below is the collage pictures of Tori & Kiko “before & after” surgery. The 1st picture is Kiko, 2nd picture is Tori.
