Good day Dr Chan,

Udon is another victim of irresponsible abandon case nearby Shah Alam, light industry area. Some irresponsible people keep dumping puppies at the area where I’m feeding my usual pack of stray dogs. I apologize for the constant application for subsidy, but due to those irresponsible people around dumping all the female puppies there, I cannot risk the safety of my current pack of strays as overpopulation of dogs will draw attention to complaints whereby the council will start operasi to catch dogs. So now that Udon had fully grown to an age where she is fit for spaying, I decided to capture her and send her to the vet. After the surgery, she had already recovered and I had release her back to her colony. Hence, I am writing to Dr Chan to apply for subsidy for the spaying cost. Attached below is the collage pictures of Udon’s “before & after” surgery.
