i am a feeder from puchong area.  i just got the information about the neutering aid from my feeder friends.  i would like to apply a neutering aid for 3 female stray dogs where i am feeding them everyday in puchong. This three dogs already release back to the place on 16/5/2017. 

 

i am enclosing a pictures, receipt and application form for your approval.
