Daffodil woke me up at 4am today. She jumped on the bed, came to my face and mewed continuously.
She wanted to go out to the playground.
As you know, we couldn’t allow that.
Nevertheless, I got up (yes, you simply cannot go back to bed with all that insistent mewing!), came downstairs and everyone had an early Daffodil-inspired breakfast.
Then, it happened…
Operasi Gopher
Daffodil actually MOVED the rock on the left.
Yes, she moved it.
So, Bioresis gives one super strength. Noted on that.
And maybe it’s just feline sheer will and determination.
And I think it is.
Because shortly after that, I heard the sound of the polycarb. I rushed out and saw Daffodil near the rocks and she looked like she just landed with a thud, but on all fours.
She must have scaled Stargate2 again and the polycarb stopped her from progressing higher.
I think it’s a case of “timing”. For more than a decade, she has been going to the playground at dawn. Now, we stop her. Old habits die hard. That’s the simple explanation. Plus that of the Calico willpower and Daffi-defiance.
All the yellow is due to the turmeric.
I’m giving her both topical pastes – the sodium bicarb+molasses as well as the turmeric-in-virgin coconut oil. Sodium Bicarb is water-based while turmeric is oil-based, so the delivery system has to be right.
This is the tumour after one week:
The dark patches is due to the molasses.
As long as Daffodil is happy, eating, alert and happy, we ought to be thankful. It’s the quality of life that we are looking at. Living in the now.
A wefie.
She engages a lot with us these days.
