We have sponsored RM300 for the neutering of these 3 dogs.

Dear Dr. Chan,

I have sent 3 female dogs for neutering on 28/May/2017.

The dogs were stray dogs around a factory area (Johor). They’re now temporarily kept in a factory where the owner also a dog lover. I’ll go there again tomorrow to check on their wound.

The total bill is RM 560 with GST. May I claim RM 300 (RM 100 x 3 dogs)?

Attached the receipt, form and photos. Please let me know if i could proceed to send you the original Receipt & Form.
