To All Applicants: Please Post As Early As You Can

Dear Applicants,

During this month and the next, please post your applications as early as possible. Last week, we encountered a Pos Ekspres mail that took 5 days to arrive (and it was from the Klang Valley). Based on previous years too, the postal delivery is extremely slow during these two months.

So, please post as soon as possible.
