While the story is "remarkable" in that this cat actually survived the gas chamber twice, I couldn't help feeling so sad that animals are gassed in these places.

Whether it is by lethal injection or gas, or whatever methods that humans use to kill animals because they don't want them anymore, or they don't know what to do with them...it is so, so sad.

Euthanasia as a means of getting rid of animals - who on earth created this?

Every religion teaches us NOT to kill, and I don't think it says "thou shalt not kill humans". It says "thou shalt not kill", period.

Yet, people kill.

Why?
