My name is Greta. I�ve been in terrible pain for a very long time. A couple wounds on my cheeks never healed � they worsened and eventually maggots moved in. The sores were so deep that they penetrated to my gums and teeth. Eating was agony. But I knew I had to try to eat or I would starve to death.

The vets are taking good care of me. My wounds were cleaned out and I got an IV to keep me hydrated. I�m taking medicine to treat the infections in my mouth and I�m getting pain relief. Recently all my infected teeth were pulled. I can�t begin to describe the feeling of being pain-free!
