EVERYBODY LOVES KITTENS, BUT GOLDEN OLDIES LOVE EVERYBODY!

My name is Artemis and I�ve spent almost my entire life on the streets of Phuket, Thailand! I mean, come on… I was the coolest cat on the block, so I never understood why no-one came forward to love me. Sadly, the people near my territory started to be unkind to the �alley cat� they thought I was, and one day they cruelly shot me with a BB gun!

With nobody to turn to, I became weak. The wound to my face was painful and infected … I started to give up. When someone finally found me, they brought me to the Soi Dog shelter for help. This was my first experience of a gentle touch… of kindness� of love.

The vets here treated my wound while the volunteers taught me about love and kindness. Then the adoptions team talked me through how to find a forever home! They told me about all the amazing people in the USA, UK, Canada and Europe, who adopt cats like me. So what do you say … will you adopt me? Please!

I need to be an indoor only cat, as I am FIV positive. My condition is nothing to worry about. FIV causes aids in cats but I can lead a normal and happy life with you. Will you please give me that chance?
