Another 7 puppies brought in by a town council's catchers today. How many must be born, die or become abused strays before people wake up and have their pets neutered? Many owners who bring in their own puppies or dogs claiming that they're strays seem to have forgotten that we see both strays and unwanted pets DAILY and can tell what's what. Some owners look shocked when we tell them to have their pets (both male and female) neutered but they will dump the puppies somewhere without a second thought. To them, neutering is interfering with God's will but it never dawned upon them that they've just played god with the puppies' or kittens' lives. - By Richard Lim
