Struggling each day just to find something to eat and a safe place to stay, I found myself in the wrong place at the wrong time when I was hit by a speeding car. A kind lady nearby found me lying by the side of the road and brought me to the Soi Dog shelter. I was fortunate that I didn�t have any serious injuries but I was petrified.

Established in 2003 in Phuket, Thailand, Soi Dog is Southeast Asia's largest organisation helping stray animals. The Gill Dalley sanctuary in Phuket is home to over 1,600 animals. Soi Dog also has a treatment facility in Bangkok and responds to crisis situations throughout Thailand.
