We�re calling him Leknoi. At this very moment, his life is hanging by a thread. Leknoi was found in shock, his entire back covered in severe burns. Someone poured boiling water on him.

We believe this to be a case of double cruelty. Leknoi appears to be a purebred Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, which suggests that he once had a home but was abandoned. We have no idea how long Leknoi was struggling to survive on the streets. And we have no idea why someone hurt him like this.

You are probably outraged at how cruel people can be. So are we. But Leknoi�s situation also reminds us of how compassionate and generous people can be.
