Finally on the third and last day of expedition; thanks to Malaysian Nature Society (MNS) and ecoCare Environmental Education Centre for their kind hospitality, the team went on a river cruise at Sungai Kerteh. One of the highlights of this river cruise was bird watching. More than 50 species of birds can be spotted at Sungai Kerteh.

The Bukit Labohan field trip has finally came to an end, WWF-Malaysia and its stakeholders agree to develop strategies via working group, harvesting ideas from the Department of Forestry, Department of Fishery, local communities and other partners, as the next step is to get approval in accessing Bukit Labohan for educational and tourism activities.
