Dear Dr. Chan,
I am writing in to apply for the financial aid for my girl’s spaying. Cacing was 2+ months old when I adopted her from a rescuer’s post in Petsfinder.com. According to her rescuer Cacing was found near an empty house in her neighbourhood in Puchong. She was the only few that survived in her litter while her mother and her few other siblings died due to poison. Attached is the photo of her pre- and post-spaying.
