Buriram To Phuket: DMT Rescues On The Move!

On January 19th, 60 dogs rescued from the Asian dog meat trade were transported from a Soi Dog-funded shelter in Buriram, Thailand to our shelter on the island of Phuket in southern Thailand.

All of the dogs have been adopted to our partner rescues in the USA and Canada. They will spend a minimum of four weeks in Phuket completing the health check and socialisation process. Once ready, they will fly to various destinations including New York, LA, Washington, Toronto and Vancouver.

Soi Dog Foundation would like to thank all of our partner rescues. Without your help, these dogs would still be living in a concrete compound with many other dogs.

If YOU run an animal rescue organisation and would like to help Soi Dog re-home approximately 900 dogs, all of whom have been rescued from the barbaric dog meat trade, PLEASE EMAIL cristy@soidog.org
