Last week, Soi Dog Foundation held a mobile spay/neuter clinic in Bangkok’s Khum Thong subdistrict.
About 640,000 dogs live on the streets of Bangkok—it’s the largest stray dog population in all of Thailand. Soi Dog plans to eventually have 10 mobile spay/neuter units operating across the Bangkok metropolitan area, sterilising 100,000 dogs a year. It is estimated that the project will take 7 years to complete.
