I was living in a busy area and looking for food when a car hit me. I simply didn�t see it coming, as I had lost one of my eyes some time before. Luckily, someone witnessed the accident and called the Soi Dog Rescue team for help and they brought me to the shelter here in Phuket, Thailand. I broke one of my front legs in the accident but the vets did a very good job and were able to save it.

My name is Yukari and I am a sweet girl who is approximately five and a half years old. I have adapted well to life with one eye. I�m an introvert, so I tend to spend most of my time alone but I love spending time with the volunteers once I get to know them and respond to their attention happily. I love to rest my head on my volunteer�s lap and nestle into them for affection. I also like going for walks.

The people here say that I am a very pretty girl, with my plush fur and beautiful markings. So if you are looking to add a calm, gentle, easy-going girl to your family don�t look any further!

I yearn for a forever home where I will be loved and cared for while we spend quality time together. I don�t mind if you have other pets as I get along with the other dogs in my run.
