Hi Dr Chan,
I am writing to apply for spaying and neutering subsidy for 2 female cats .They are respectively:black mama are stray and pregnant at ara damansara. I noticed the area too dangerous for her. I found her Nov 2016.She give birth during Jan 2017. After spaying, I will adopt her and kitten .
three flower was found at ara damansara . After neutering, she will be released back to the community where she was found, where the community will continue to feed her.
