Neutering Aid For 2 Dogs In Kulai (Nujtiya Chareansouk�s)

We have sponsored RM200 for the neutering of these 2 dogs (1 female, 1 male).

Dear Dr. Chan,

I have sent 1 female dog & 1 male dog in Kulai Johor for neutering on 04/Mar/2017.

Both dogs are caught near to my cousin’s workplace in Kulai.
Normally my cousin and a kind-hearted uncle will take turn to feed them.
Both have now recovered and released back to their colony.
I will try to catch another 2 female dogs there on this weekend but they are not that friendly.

The total bill is RM 300 with GST. May I claim RM 200 (RM 100 x 2 dogs)?

Attached the receipt, form and photos. Please let me know if i could proceed to send you the original Receipt & Form.
