Injured dog picked up in Bukit Jambul

On my way home, near Inti Bukit Jambul Penang, I found a dog sitting in the middle of the road, he had been hit by a car. He is now in the hospital – nothing serious. The dog is wearing a collar, and looks like an owned dog not a stray. Can everyone please share to help find his owner?
