Dear Dr Chan,

My name is Chan Thong Leong, name of the cat given by me is Xiao Yun.

She is found hide underside of a car park beside my car at the car park of an apartment in Shah Alam, on last year July, that time she is around one month kitten only, now she is grow and I bring her to neuter.

I will adopt Xiao Yun since she is very close and friend with one of my cat name Xiao Hei, let her to have a happy life in my home.
