Insufficient Postage!!

Here we go again….
I know I sound like a broken tape recorder, but it’s happening again – applicants who don’t put enough stamps in an ordinary post.
Previously, the mail is still delivered, stamped “T”, that means the recipient (poor us) is taxed double for whatever balance of postage is required. And time and again, we keep telling the applicants – please could you put enough stamps on your envelope? And almost always, there is not even an apology (forget about reimbursing us for the tax that we have had to pay). No apology at all.
To not have put sufficient postage is bad enough, but if done out of ignorance, when you are told, the very least you could do is to say sorry, even if you don’t want to reimburse us for the tax that we have had to pay. But no, there is not even a “sorry”. I feel sorry for you, truly.
But now, aha!! It is no longer delivered.
I cannot help it, but….serves you right! (whoever you are)
I don’t know who you are, but we received a notice from Pos Malaysia saying that there is a mail with insufficient postage for us waiting at the depot. We can go collect it and pay the fine (no thanks, I’m not going to queue up there for half an hour as I did last time and no, I am not paying the fine) or the mail will be sent back to the sender after 7 days from 27th Jan 2016.
So, whoever you are (I don’t know who, because we have 12 applications in which I’m waiting for the receipts), hopefully, Pos Msia will deliver the mail back to you and if it’s still within the deadline, you can post it again, but this time, please put enough stamps!!
And learn to say “sorry” – it’s good for you!
