Dear Dr Chan,
I’m writing to apply for neutering aid for one female cat.
I found this cat at Jenderam Hulu, Dengkil with her 4 kittens. I fed them for 2 month. After this mother cat give birth 2 month ago. I and my friend took her with her kittens inside our house and feed them everyday. And we consider to release her after neutering. And i already find adopter for the kittens.
This cat have ear-tipping done during operation.
So i really hope that if AnimalCare can support for neutering bill with great enough for me to continue this work.
