Dear Dr Chan,

I’m writing to apply for neutering aid for two female cats. Both are stray cats at Apartment Makmur, Kajang.

First cat is Hitam. Hitam is a one-eyed cat. She gave birth twice in 2016 but only 1 kitten survives.

Second cat is a young female cat I called Kuning. She took shelter at rumah sampah apartment and around guard house. She gave birth to 4 kitten 3 months ago.I did not know what happen to the kittens probably died or got adopted. (I thought it’s a male cat at the first place since it’s a yellow cat. Only realize it’s a female after she got pregnant. I probably send her neutering before she got pregnant if I know it’s a female cat).

I decided to send them for neutering on 29 December 2016 for their own good.

Both cats have ear-tipping done during operation.

I send both of them to boarding for 2 weeks before release them back.

I really hope  animalcare.org can support for neutering bill. Your help is very much appreciated.

I will post the original receipt and form to you tomorrow.
