Good day Dr. Chan,
Here are two male cats, Male A mixed colour, Male B cream colour, that roam around my apartment area in Sunway Mentari, my neighbour feed them but doesn’t want to keep because they spray, but they also don’t want to take them for neutering. My neighbour agree to adopt after neuter. So they agreed to let me take and send for neuter. Now they are kept by my neighbour.
