WITHOUT YOU, DOGS LIKE BRONCHO HAVE NOBODY

She is about 5 years old. When we met her, she was in unimaginable pain and completely traumatised. We were alerted to her plight by a kind lady who feeds the street dogs in her community. Some people had told this lady that they had seen a dog being hit by a car. The dog had then taken off in fright and they were unable to find it.

The lady went to the area and tried to locate the injured dog without success. She returned that evening with her friend and both of them spent two hours looking for the dog, eventually finding Broncho, tired, scared, and in agony.

The car accident had left Broncho with a seriously infected wound across her back. Surrounded by rotting flesh, it was clear this beautiful girl was in a great deal of pain and left untreated, her life was in serious danger. Thanks to people like you, when the kind lady who found her contacted our shelter, our vets were able to help Broncho.

Broncho is at our dog hospital now and receiving the medical care she desperately needed. Her wound was cleaned out and dressed and she has been started on pain relief and antibiotics. She is eating well and she is safe. We hope that with time and care, she will make a good recovery. This simply wouldn�t have been possible without the compassionate animal lovers whose donations saved her life.
