Hi I�m Linguard, it�s very nice to meet you! The adoption team here told me to expect your visit, I hear you are looking for a dog? That�s great because I am looking for a human or two�. I am such a people dog and would love a family of my own. Will you please adopt me?

When the humans here come to visit me, I am first to greet them with my wagging tail and smiley, cheeky face. I love it when people stroke my soft fur and I like to smother them with kisses. I am still learning my manners and occasionally jump up at them in excitement. So I am looking for an owner who will show me all there is to know about living in a home with a human family that will love me! Will you please be the one to adopt me?

I get on well with the other dogs I meet, especially the ladies! The volunteers that take me for a walk say I am such a flirt – all the female dogs I see are so pretty and I always try and impress them. I roll on my back and make the volunteers rub my belly, that way, they see that I am such a softie!

Now to tell you a bit about my history – I was born on the streets of Phuket, Thailand. Life wasn�t always great for me. I found a way to survive for quite a few years, until early one morning, a speeding car hit me!! I was in a world of pain and was so scared, until someone came to my rescue. I was brought to the Soi Dog Shelter for help and was given the life saving treatment I so desperately needed.

I underwent surgery to fix the broken bones in my leg. I can now walk again but have a limp on my front leg. I sometimes still feel pain in my elbow, but I am getting stronger everyday. Do you have a nice dog park near you where we can take gentle walks together? That would be ideal for me!

If living with you means travelling to the USA, UK, Canada or Europe, I will happily meet you there. The Soi Dog team will book everything I need and I can soon be on my way to you.
