Hi Dr. Chan,

I am writing to apply for neutering subsidy for Dim Sum. He was found together with his mother at a pasar Tami in Puchong. The mother was spayed rehomed successfully. Dim Sum has now been neutered and we will put him up for adoption.

Attached is the photos of his pre and post surgery.
