Dear Dr Chan,
I am Hasanah.I know about you from animalcare website.
Last month i found 1 cat, female- Puma (about 5 months old) from Warung at Taman Melawati.
I keep her for 1 month, then only yesterday i sent her for neutering. The reason is i do not want her to give birth so that i can rescue another cats in future.
Attached herewith the photo of Puma before & after neuter and the receipt from the clinic.
Kindly guide me how to claim and what form to fill up.
