I was in agony when I was found by the kind lady who alerted Soi Dog to my condition. My stomach was horrendously swollen and yet, my ribs were shockingly prominent. The vets have diagnosed me with a bad case of ascites, meaning a large build-up of fluid on my abdomen. It was making me vomit and I had completely lost my appetite. It left me malnourished and anaemic. I was in terrible pain.
