Soi Dog Foundation partners with rescue organizations in North America who are helping us re-home approximately 850 dogs rescued from the illegal dog meat trade. The good news is that when we started there were 1,500 dogs. However, we still have quite a way to go.

Darleen found her new home in Alberta, Canada, after being placed by one of our partner rescues, Bow Valley SPCA. She is adjusting to her new forever home and life, a huge change from living in a concrete compound with many other survivors of the illegal dog meat trade.

Soi Dog Foundation

Established in 2003 in Phuket, Thailand, Soi Dog is Southeast Asia's largest organisation helping stray animals. The Gill Dalley sanctuary in Phuket is home to over 1,600 animals.
