From Jessy Lian:
Dear Dr.Chan, Do you remember the puppy (Patrick) with a deformed hind leg that I've saved a few months back & then was sent to MDDB?
Patrick is currently foster by one of MDDB's volunteer - Ms.Lee. And Ms.Lee also bring Patrick to MDDB's monthly adoption drive (and I've been to every single one of it just to visit Patrick), but so far still no potential adopters.
2 days ago, I was told that one of Ms.Lee’s unfriendly neighbour complain that the dog's barking are affecting his rest and threatened to lodge a police report if nothing is done! Miss.J is now seeking for a temporary fosterer (estimate 3-4 weeks), while she settle the things for her pet shop that is going to open soon. She had plan to bring Patrick & some of her dogs to the pet shop with her in the morning, and bring them back at night. At least this can reduce the noise in day time.
Patrick has been dewormed, and is schedule to get his vaccine today. But he’s not yet neuter, because there is a case of a dog with hind leg paralyzed, but didn’t make it through the neuter operation. So, Patrick’s neuter operation is still pending. He is really friendly and can get along with any dogs due to his submissive nature. ButPatrick needs to stay indoor due to his deformed leg.
I have already post on Facebook, Dr.Chan could you kindly post this on your blog. Thank you very much. Appreciate it!
Those that could help to foster Patrick, please contact Ms.Lee at 016- 2898 904.
