Neutering Aid For 1 Cat In Pandan Indah (Ann Hui Tian�s)

I would like to apply for the neutering aid. Below is the short story of the cat. Shiro is a stray cat that abandoned by someone in my condominium’s garden. I feed it for almost six months. On 25/08, I heard Shiro’s whinee when I go to take my car. I found Shiro seem have an incident which it’s left eyes was swollen. I bring Shiro to Animal clinic and the vet said it left eye need to cut off. The surgery was done at 29/08, after that I temporarily adopt it in my house and name it as “Shiro”. I just bring Shiro for neutering before rehome for it. So the neutering surgery with vaccine was done at 17/10. Please refer to all the photo attached and let me know if you have any inquiries.
