The kind man who found me was shocked by the horrific wound on one of my legs. Struggling to walk, it was obvious I was in a world of pain. The deep wound was seriously infected and infested with maggots. The nasty infection was at risk of spreading, but I was a street dog and there was no owner to help me. My name is Lokasunder.

At the shelter, the vets examined me further and said I was infested with fleas. They cleaned out my wound and started me on the medical treatment I had been in need of for so long. I got given a bowl of tasty food and a comfortable bed to lie in. For a street dog like me, who has never known such love, people like you have changed my world.
