Neutering Aid For 1 Dog In Klang (Jenny Ku Nget Hiong�s)

Dear Dr Chan :

 Pls find attached pics for one stray dog for your ref, kindly reduce RM15 from the aid. Hope you received the receipt & form by today, which posted on 10/10/16 evening.

This doggie were found and feed daily at Tmn Suria Pendamar, Dr named her Audrey, she had completed done operation on 10/10/16 and now still admitted at vet till 16/10/2016.

Shall release back to usual place after discharged.
