My name is Ismawarni Ismail. I’m writing to you to plea for the spaying aid. Toti & Dora are the litters of Tabby (rescued cat-heavily pregnant back then). Last week I have sent them for spaying at a local vet. The whole family is now my adopted cats. I would like to plea for myanimalcare subsidy so that I can use it later to spay one more female kitten of Tabby. The original form together with the original receipt has been couriered to you. Attached is the picture of Toti & Dora. I hope that my application will be considered.
