Help Needed For Cat Colony (Lisa Maria Samantha�s)

Do you know of anyone who is kind enough to help me, please. I have moved here recently (Mont Kiara area) and noticed the amount of stray cats around, some look okay but others not that good. I would like to help get as much neutered as possible as from experience in Riyadh I know how bad the situation will get for these beautiful, loving,innocent lives. My problem is that I am living in a condo and not allowed animals within the condo. Also, I do not have much experience of knowing how old kittens/cats are, also I believe cats get pregnant not too soon after having kittens, so I will need someone to keep the kittens safe for at least 2 days after the mother is operated on, give her time to get over the anesthesia to look after her kittens. Can someone please help!
