I was very nearly killed by some people who lived near my territory. I was only a puppy and this has scarred me for life. I am terrified of people, which means I cannot be adopted right now � will YOU be my sponsor?

I am a boy named Jasper and I live at the Soi Dog shelter. I feel safe here but I have never fully learnt to trust people. There are only a few long-term volunteers I trust but if someone else raises a hand to pat me, I shy away.

Soi Dog Foundation

Established in 2003 in Phuket, Thailand, Soi Dog is Southeast Asia's largest organisation helping stray animals. The Gill Dalley sanctuary in Phuket is home to over 1,600 animals.
