My Name Is Silvan. Please ADOPT Me!

I AM AFRAID I WONT BE ADOPTED BECAUSE I AM QUIETER THAN THE OTHER DOGS! PLEASE ADOPT ME!

Please EMAIL all questions to: sunatda@soidog-foundation.org for more information.

I am a quiet, independent 5 year and 5 month old boy who has been at the Soi Dog Foundation for a year now. I always hang out at the back of the shelter because there are so many dogs in the encLosure with me that it is difficult to be noticed! When volunteers take me out for a walk, I love being outside and having individual attention. I am friendly and like spending time with people.

I prefer to sit and smell the roses when Im out of the enclosure than to walk energetically so Im looking for a mellow owner who would enjoy relaxing and spending quality time with me.

I was brought to the Soi Dog Foundation after some local people noticed that I had a problem with my left leg. Thanks to people like you the vets at Soi Dog could treat the abscess on my leg and help me get better. Recently the kind people here noticed that I was limping when I walked so the vet took an xray in our new hospital. Unfortunately they found out that I have hip dysplasia. This means that I have an improperly formed hip joint which is causing painful wear and tear and I will have to be on pain medication for the rest of my life.

If you are prepared to care for me and help me stay as pain free as possible please contact the Soi Dog Foundation. I would love to find a forever home where I can spend my days quietly being love and appreciated for the sweet, gentle dog that I am.

Please dont leave me at the shelter. Please adopt me!
