My name is Emi I am a two year and four months old now and I have been at the Soi Dog Foundation on Phuket, Thailand, my whole life. I am a friendly, affectionate girl once I get to know you but it will take time and patience for me to warm up to you. I am getting better at going for walks, although I can be nervous of new things around me.

I was just 1 week old when I was dumped on a lonely beach in a plastic bag. I could easily have died if a kind passerby had not seen me and brought me to the Soi Dog Foundation. Thanks to people like you I was hand-fed by the shelter manager every few hours when I first arrived.

I need someone who has the dedication and patience to help me settle into my new life and their home. I do well in the run I currently live in with the other dogs because I feel safe in familiar territory so I am sure that I can adapt to a forever home.

I am so lucky that a kind person has donated some money towards my travel costs which will make it easier for you to adopt me!
