Neutering Aid For 5 Dogs In Subang (Jocelyn Ng Kam Fong�s)

We have sponsored RM700 for the spaying of these 5 dogs. We thank Ms Ng for her kindness in claiming RM10 less per dog.

Dear Dr Chan, I wish to apply for neutering subsidy for 5 female dogs. The following are details:
Name of applicant: Ng Kam Fong
Animals applied for:( Black Female 1)- I was alerted to the presence of this dog by some foreign guards at a guardhouse post. After neutering a Japanese family staying in the housing area was kind enough to offer to look after her.

(Black Female 2)- I rescued this dog from the pound when it was 6+ months old. She is vaccinated and posted for adoption as Sheba.
(Black and white female)- This is an abandoned pregnant dog. I was alerted to her and her litter of 7 by some East Malaysians. Boarded them at the clinic and found homes for all 7 pups.
(Brown female)- I rescued this dog from dog pound when it was only 4+ months old. She was strickened with distemper but recovered with constant med care. Completed her full course of vaccination. Posted for adoption in Petfinder as Simone.
( Black and brown female pup)- I found this pup, injured and with a broken leg, abandoned down into a very deep, and huge monsoon drain in an industrial area when it was only 2+ months old. Enlisted the help of the bomba to bring it up from.the drain. Completed full course of vaccination.Posted for adoption as Monmon in Petfinder.

Amount paid: Rm750
I agree to accepting a reduced subsidy.
