12 MEATLESS DISHES BY 3 CARING YOUTHS
Shawn, Hong Cheng and Annabelle from Temasek Polytechnic each came up with 4 meatless dishes as a challenge for their Service Learning project.

Through educational projects with us, students learn valuable life lessons by taking action on concerning issues that affect themselves and others. Animal agriculture is responsible for much of the world’s global warming and pollution. A simple adjustment to our diet; going meatless once (or more) a week; can change many lives, even the world.
“Working on this project has made me more conscious of what I consume, about food sources, and that our everyday food choices impact global warming and the environment.” – Shawn
“Although some of the dishes I have made are simple or plain, I believe that this activity is a good start for campaigning on meatless meals.” – Hong Cheng
“I feel being a vegetarian helps to lower animal abuse.” – Annabelle
