Dear Dr. Chan,

Hi. This is my 1^st time apply for the neutering aid for a puppy from Myanimalcare.

There were total 4 puppies (3 males 1 female) found straying around a light industrial area in Seri Serdang. 1 got knock down by a lorry, 1 missing & 1 found an adopter. Now left 1 male that will be send to farm this Sat. But the adopter needs it to be spayed 1st before send to him.

Your kind assistance will be very much appreciated.
