I am a quiet, sweet, 11 month old girl called Ratchiya. I have soft black fur and one beautiful brown eye. I lost my right eye when I was very young. I am not pushy. But this means that people often overlook me as the enclosure is crowded. But I know that the right family will find me and I will never have to be alone and afraid again.

Nobody knows exactly what happened to me in my short life. I was picked up by the Soi Dog Foundation mobile clinic in Phang Nga and brought to the shelter here in Phuket, Thailand. My eye was badly injured! The vets couldn�t save it so they had to remove it! I�ve had the most traumatic start in life but please don�t let that put you off adopting me.

As I�ve been through alot in my short life, I am a little nervous when people first approach me. This means that it will take a lot of time, patience and dedication to help me build my confidence. Then I can start to trust people again.

Could you be the one who will give me a loving home? Please don�t let me grow old in the shelter. Please adopt me.
