Dear Dr Chan,
This is a stray female cat that always wandering near the shoplots at Pandan Jaya. The hardware shop owner feeds the stray cats nearby his shop. I had neuter two male cats around the area, and finally manage to catch this female cat. She will be release to the colony after post-op, the shop owner will continue feeding her.
As usual, I’m taking RM10 less for this bill . Thank you in advance.
