Headline today! Some good news for our Kuchingites and stray dogs. Thank you Gala City management for their cooperation and Councillor Patrick Song for his kind assistant in this sustainable animal control program Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, Release (TNVR). Hope more to come! Cheers!



[Meeting on TNVR of worksite dog of Gala City]Left behind dogs from the worksite it’s one of the main causes of increasing stray populations and cause problems for the surrounding neighbourhood.One of the concerned site is the on going constructions of Gala City which had about 20 dogs (unneutered) on site and the population will increase to double in next couple of months. Today, SOS Kuching & SSPCA along with MBKS Councillor Patrick Song met with Gala City management on the dogs issue at their worksite & proposed the sustainable animal control program Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, Release (TNVR). Gala City Management agreed to finance the TNVR program for their worksite dogs which will conduct by SSPCA & SOS kuching. While MBKS Councilor Patrick Song will sponsor the registering and licensing of the worksite dogs. Thank you Gala City management for your cooperation and Councillor Patrick Song for your kind assistant in this issue.We hope more construction worksite will adopt this program for a better living environment.
